so it’s a new year, makes it easier to comprehend what positive habits to keep & negative ones to drop : )

Because of the lockdowns, the city feels way more remote than before. It’s so much easier to abstract out and say, ‘Well, what makes this place different from being anywhere else?’ Yeah, there’s high cost of living. I think I’ve become too familiar. forgotten what it was like being in the desert all the time.

The idea of freedom is kind of a scary one, isn’t it? Yet it’s where happiness beyond your wildest dreams lives.
